RSA Australia and New Zealand (ABN 71 122 222 566) is a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).  Our business address is Suite 406, 215 Harris Street, Pyrmont NSW 2009.In these terms and conditions, where we refer to “us”, “we” or “our”, we are referring to the RSA Australia and New Zealand (RSA A+NZ). 


These terms govern your Fellowship with the RSA A+NZ and together with the Privacy and Cookies Policy, form part of the general terms and conditions governing the material on, your use of and access to the RSA A+NZ website. The RSA A+NZ may change these Subscription Terms from time to time. If we do, Fellows will receive notification via email. 


There are two types of subscription: Annual and Life Fellowship.

Annual Subscription

The Annual Subscription fee is $A320 or local equivalent (based on home currency). In addition, there is a once-only registration fee of $150 at the time of joining the Society.

Life Fellowship Fees

Life Fellowship is $3000 for applicants 64 and under and $1500 for applicants over 64. Life Fellows do not pay a registration fee and Fellows of over 10 years receive a 50% discount on conversion to Life Fellowship. Current rates will remain valid until 30 June 2015.


Unless you notify us otherwise, annual subscription fees and all other fees and charges associated with your subscription will be billed automatically to the credit card you provide when registering for Fellowship. If you do not notify us of changes to your billing details, we will assume that all of the information related to your credit card remains valid and will submit to the card processor all information that it requires for approval.If any subscription fees or other charges billed to your credit card are not processed for any reason, RSA A+NZ shall have the right to suspend your subscription until such subscription fees or other charges are paid in full. If payment in full is not received from you, RSA A+NZ reserves the right to cancel your subscription. 


Subject to any conditions and cancellation fees noted below, you may cancel your RSA A+NZ Fellowship at any time by emailing us at admin@rsaanz.org.au. 

For yearly subscriptions, we will contact you within a reasonable time before the expiry of your subscription term to give you the opportunity to OPT OUT of renewing your RSA A+NZ subscription for a further year. If you fail to opt out, your subscription will automatically renew on the subscription expiry date, at the then current yearly subscription rate, and you will be charged accordingly.You may upgrade your paid subscription at any time by contacting us at admin@rsaanz.org.au. 

RSA A+NZ may immediately cancel your subscription, without notice or liability (including for any refund or credit to you), if we determine, acting reasonably, that: (i) you have breached any portion of these Subscription Terms or (ii) you do not comply with the governing rules set out in the RSA A+NZ Constitution (2012). 


All refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. As a general rule, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, except where there are extenuating circumstances. If you believe an unauthorized payment has been deducted from your account or you have been billed twice for your subscription, a refund will be offered once we receive documentary evidence of the error.


When processing your personal data we comply with the (UK) Data Protection Act 1998. We will only use your personal data for the purposes of administering your Fellowship of the RSA. We will never pass your personal details on to third parties without your consent. Please see our privacy policy for more details.
